SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

 

SUBMISSION ABSTRACT

Abstracts for the oral talks and poster presentations MUST be submitted electronically on the 10 ICFPAM Web site. Please use the template file (MsWord file) below for the preparation of your abstract. Please before loading convert the file in PDF format. The PDF file size must be less than 1.5 MB.

Following numerous requests, the deadline for abstract submission has been extended to 2 Jun 2009. Please submit your abstract via our web site.

PRESENTATION FORMAT

Oral Presentations: Authors will  be provided in due time with specific times for oral presentations, questions and answers. Overhead and multimedia projectors will be provided by the conference organizers.
Poster Presentations: Authors will be provided with guidelines for poster preparation, display and discussion time. Attendance by at least one of the authors is requested for poster presentation and publication in the ICFPAM 9 proceedings.

Abstracts must be written in English. Only abstracts submitted online will be considered. The online Abstract Submission Form must be fully completed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us. (secretariat@10icfpam.cl)
All abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee, which reserves the right to reject or accept abstracts for inclusion in the programme.

PROCEEDINGS

The proceedings of the conference will be published as a special issue of Molecular Crystals and Liquid Crystals journal (MC&LC).
Original and 2 copies of the manuscript (in English), accompanied by the disk with matching text (written in MS Word) and the signed copyright form (http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/copyright.asp)  will be due at the conference desk.

Instructions for manuscripts preparation can be found in the regular issues of MC&LC and on the journal website: http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/authors/gmclauth.asp. All submitted papers will undergo a regular refereeing procedure. Only papers and posters presented at the conference will be published in the proceedings.
